The extremely dense nature of food waste makes it a heavy material to collect, but by using the Henkel bin as a 'slave' bin, collection operatives can empty a number of Urba 20/25 containers before using it on wheeled bin lift equipment.

The Henkel 120/240 litre wheeled bins with spherical bottom are especially designed to give a clean discharge of food waste on inversion, preventing the build up of any residues that can be odorous, unpleasant and unhygienic for householders and collection operatives.

At a decibel rating of 89 dB, Henkel bins are one of the quietest for noise and this is mainly attributable to the lid design.

There are a number of features in the container that make it a rugged bin, including a strengthened front lip for comblift lifting (up to 60kg) and the spherical shaped body. This gives more integral strength than a conventional shaped wheeled bin.
