Our compostable liners are the perfect solution for keeping your bin clean and fresh when separating food waste for home composting and kerbside collection.
All compostable liners include more than 50% renewable resource content and are certified to European Standard EN13432. They are made from a composition of modified starch (from corn or vegetable oil) and modified polyesters making them fully compostable.
Using compostable liners helps to reduce odours and interference from flies. They are easy to use, hygienic and environmentally friendly.
Our liners are designed to fit all kitchen caddies, kerbside containers and wheeled bins.
Technical Data
- Environmentally friendly film extruded from resin compositions of modified starch with modified polyesters, which through bacterial activity break down harmlessly in the environment into CO2, water and a small amount of bio-residue
- Totally compostable and certified to standard EN 13432 by DIN Certco and Tuv Austria ‘OK Compost’ and kitchen caddy sizes ‘OK COMPOST HOME’
- EN13432 compliant printing
- White paper sleeve around each roll
- Compostable liners for 120/140 and 240 litre wheeled bins have a film composition of starch derived from vegetable oil to give each liner more strength and a stretchy feel for a better fit to your bin.
- Bespoke production is available to suit each customer's specific requirements
- Available in either Straight top or T-Shirt tie handles and either side welded or bottom welded.
