Manage solid hazardous waste with confidence. The UN-BOXX® is a robust, mobile container designed for the safe collection, storage and transport of hazardous solids. It is UN-approved for Packaging Groups I (X), II (Y) and III (Z) and authorised for transport in accordance with ADR, subject to all applicable regulations and suitability checks for the intended contents.

Designed for safer, easier handling

Secure containment: a patented lid and proven sealing system help keep contents safely enclosed. The container is designed to be leak-proof and airtight
Ergonomic mobility: low weight, an optimised centre of gravity, an ergonomic handle and large solid-rubber wheels support upright, comfortable manoeuvring.
Strong, durable construction: a robust HDPE body, spherical base and corrosion-resistant tempered-steel axle are built for demanding use.
Efficient emptying and compact stacking: the spherical base supports thorough emptying, while the quick-release wheel mechanism allows the wheels to be removed easily so empty containers can be stacked when not in use.

Suitable applications

UN-BOXX® containers can be used for approved solid hazardous materials such as paint cans, used cleaning cloths or rags contaminated with oil, granulates, and other compatible solid wastes. Users must always confirm the correct container specification and comply with the regulations that apply to the material, packing, handling and transport.

Antistatic UN-BOXX®+ available

For sensitive environments and indoor applications, the UN-BOXX® is also available as the permanently antistatic UN-BOXX®+. This version helps minimise the risk of sudden electrostatic discharges, supporting safer use around sensitive electronic equipment while retaining the robust, mobile and secure design of the standard container.
